Escrow Payment Security
We remove the biggest worry of joining an open trip: fear of being scammed, of losing your money, or of being left stranded when something goes wrong.
Every leader must pass ID verification, a travel track record, and real participant reviews. Transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
If an open trip is cancelled unilaterally by the leader or due to force majeure weather, 100% of your money is refunded in full with no administrative deduction.
Participants book & pay into escrow
Trip payments go into TravlrHub’s official escrow account, not directly into the leader’s personal account.
Funds are held safely during preparation
Your money stays protected during trip preparation. Leaders and participants get transparent, real-time status confirmations.
The trip runs according to the itinerary
The leader guides the trip per the agreed schedule and facilities. A support team stands by if issues arise on the ground.
Funds are released on D+1 after the trip ends
Once the trip concludes without dispute, funds are automatically forwarded to the leader’s account. If the trip is cancelled, 100% of participant funds are refunded in full.
